| Tim Love |
| Tim Love is the President and owner of Harborside Mortgage of Florida, Inc. A long time local resident of the Tampa Bay area, he lives and works in Pinellas County. Tim is very active in the Tampa Bay community and spends much of his time doing charity work. Tim was selected in 2000 as one of the top 40 executives under the age of 40 by the Tampa Bay Business Journal. He serves on the Board of Directors of The OUTBACK Bowl as well as the Tampa Bay Sports Commission. He resides in Palm Harbor with his three children and is a graduate of Clearwater High School and Emory University. |

| Shannon Taylor |
| Shannon has resided in the Tampa Bay area since 2004. She relocated to the area from Indiana where she had a successful career as a Real Estate Agent. Her understanding of the real estate market ,coupled with her experience as an account executive for one of the Nation’s leading mortgage lenders gives her the knowledge as a loan officer to determine the best possible programs to fit the individual and unique needs of each customer. Shannon has three wonderful children and currently resides in Southern Pasco County. |

Kyle joined Harborside Mortgage of Florida, Inc in 2002 and has been the top loan officer for the company during his tenure. A native of Cleveland Ohio, has been residing here in the Tampa Bay area since 1996. |

| John has been in the Tampa Bay area since 1980. He graduated from Countryside High School in 1996. Graduated from Florida State University with a degree in business in 2000. He has been a loan officer and processor for Harborside Mortgage since 2002. John resides in Palm Harbor, Florida. |

| Greg Burke |
| Born in Chicago, Greg grew up in Overland Park Kansas before moving to Florida in 1985. Greg currently resides in Belleair Florida and has an extensive background in the banking and lending industry. He played college tennis on a scholarship and is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a Finance degree. In addition to holding his mortgage license, Greg also has a Series 6 and a Life and Annuity License. Greg joined Harborside Mortgage after careers with SunTrust and AmSouth Banks. |

As a Tampa native, Debbie is familiar with the local residential real estate market. She works with realtors throughout the State of Florida, and she is successful in finding creative solutions for each client's individual needs. Debbie joined Harborside Mortgage after a successful sales career with a Fortune 200 Company. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology. Debbie currently resides in Odessa.
